An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. We may decline an order if a product is unavailable, a price is clearly incorrect, or delivery to your location is not possible.

Prices are shown in the currency of the store and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Import duties for destinations outside Andorra may apply and are payable by the recipient.

Dispatch and delivery estimates are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed dates. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered.

Consumers may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery, provided food and oral-care products are unopened and their seal is intact. Contact hello@unbtn.com before returning anything.

UNBTN Oral Performance is a consumer product intended for oral use during exercise. It is not a medicine and does not diagnose, treat or cure disease. Follow the directions on the pack and consult a health professional if you have a medical condition.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra.
